Join archivist and historian Marietta Crichton Stuart on a fascinating tour of the A-listed House of Falkland.

This is a rare opportunity to explore this A-listed country house. Designed and built by William Burn, the House of Falkland is an outstanding example of a mid 19th century country house, made all the more exceptional by its incredible interior decorative scheme.

Explore many of the elaborately decorated rooms and learn from Marietta the history of the House, the history of the families who lived there, and the different uses the House has had since it was built. Discover Arts and Crafts interiors that were inspired by the passion of the 3rd Marquess of Bute, owner of the House between 1890 and 1900.

The tour will last for 90 minutes. Your ticket price includes a tea or coffee and a sweet treat in the Horse Stalls at the Stables after the tour.
